Pricing
I specialise in electrical testing, emergency call-outs, and minor repairs, including EICRs, fault finding, and replacing sockets, switches, and light fittings. My focus is on keeping properties safe and compliant with quick, efficient solutions.
However, I don’t carry out full rewires, install new circuits, or replace consumer units—I leave those bigger jobs to others! If you need expert testing, fast emergency response, or small electrical fixes, I’m here to help.
Min charge for any visit is 1hr. *Materials are charged at cost plus 25%.
I carry most domestic items in stock - If a return visit is required due to low stock levels, I won't charge for the 2nd visit.
Maintenance & Repairs
Daytime maintenance and repairs are charged at £66 per hour incl VAT. This excludes the cost of materials*, which will be itemised on your final invoice.

EICR's
Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports are charged at £30 per circuit incl VAT. This includes the relevant certificate on completion.
